- Interview/Appoint candidates to the Conservation Commission
- Judith Brainerd b. Accept resignation of Adrienne Pfluger
- Zia Pizzeria & Café are requesting permission to temporarily close their restaurant from October 8th through October 23, 2012
- Parking at Town Landings – congestion and options to regulate (Harbormaster, Acting Police Chief, Fire Chief and Highway Manager)
- Update on Harbormaster issues including status of mooring study
- Initial discussion on planning for next year to manage beach safety in light on increased shark sightings this summer at Nauset Beach
- Acting Police Chief and Fire Chief Quarterly Updates
- Meet with Highway Manager
- Quarterly Update Road & Drainage Projects
- Discuss Snow & Ice Removal and potential use of liquid salt vs. salt/sand mix that we currently use in winter
