6:30 p.m. Call to order
- Meet in Executive Session to investigate charges of criminal misconduct; to discuss strategy with respect to litigation; and to conduct strategy with respect to collective bargaining.
Motion: Move to go into Executive Session to investigate charges of criminal misconduct; and to discuss strategy with respect to litigation and collective bargaining and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating and bargaining position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.
Chair makes separate declaration that an Open Meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating and bargaining position of the body.
- Meet with Town Counsel Michael Ford for review of final CVEC documents based on Board’s conditional vote to proceed with PV Project on Landfill
- Committee Reappointments and Appointments
- Annual Evaluations of TA, Fire Chief and Fin Director
