Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Police Union

Motion:  Vote to go into executive session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Police Union and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body, and to reconvene in open session.  (Separately Chair declares that an open session may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body.)
