Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with Police Union.

Motion:  Vote to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.

[Following vote, Chair must separately declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the body.]
