6:45 p.m. 1. Public Hearings on Proposed General Bylaw Amendments
- Amend Ch. 106 – Demolition of Historical Structure, to establish a time limit for the duration of a permit to demolish a historic structure; and to add a “demolition by neglect” provision and establish minimum maintenance requirements for significant structures.
- Amend Ch. 122-Outdoor Lighting, to include enforcement language setting fines for violations.
2. Meet with Roselli, Clark and Associates on FY2011 Audit Management Letter
3. Meet with Town Planner, George Meservey
- Review Proposed Zoning Amendment Articles (3)
- Review of remaining FY10 CWMP funding and activities (estimated cost of Pleasant Bay sampling effort and model runs for TMDL review by MassDEP; and study of Cedar Pond designation as fresh water or salt water)
- Approval of recommended fixtures for the Cove Road Walkway (benches, lights, trash receptacles)
- Request of Lisa & Scott Moss, owners of JD Moss, Inc. d/b/a Saltwater Grille& Binnacle Tavern to extend the time to remain closed.
- Request of Melisa Valdez, owner/manager of Le Due Comari, LLC d/b/a Rosina’s Café, to extend the time to remain closed.
6. Vote to Sign Agreement with PEC regarding the CCMHG plan design changes and mitigation plan effective July 1, 2012.
- Continue Review and Approval of Annual and Special Town Meeting Warrant Articles
- Town Administrator’s Report
