- Meet in Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with both union and non-union employees
Motion: Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with union and non-union employees and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.
(Chair makes a separate declaration that an Open Session may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the body.)
