- Meet with Town Counsel Michael Ford in Executive Session
- To discuss strategy with respect to litigation
- To consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property
Motion: Move to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation, and to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property, and that the Chair declare that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating and/or negotiating position of the body, and to reconvene in Open Session.

- Aspinet Road ORV Beach Access – Vote to Approve Proposed Access Agreement with abutters or to Proceed with an Article to Layout the Road
- Discuss Eldredge Park Sign/Banner Bylaw and Regulating Signage for Eligible Non-Profit Groups on the Perimeter Fencing Along Rt. 28
- Discuss the New Open Meeting Law Regulations that Allow for Remote Participation in Certain Situations (Pros and Cons)
- Review Draft Article for May 2012 authorizing Special Legislation to address Post Employee Benefit Liability Upon Dissolution of O-B-E Groundwater Protection District
- Vote to Amend Land Disposition Agreement and Transfer the Developer Contract for the Hinckley Affordable Housing Project on Rt. 6A from McShane Construction to HECH
