Minutes
Call to Order – Chair Diane Aldi called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Chair Diane Aldi, Mary Kennedy, Sharon Craft, Jay Termine, Don Mill, Mary Iadarola
Absent: Priscilla Funck and Betsy Owen
Also Present: Sharon Tiezzi, Recording Clerk
Audience of Citizens – Wendy Mill, OSY&F, presented on the YAC program and reported on how the funds provided by the Board were used.
Review and Approval of Minutes – Mary Kennedy made a motion to approve the May 11, 2017 minutes and seconded by Mary Ann Iadarola.
4 ayes, 0 nays, 2 abstentions
Sharon Craft made a motion to approve the June 8, 2017 minutes as amended and seconded by Mary Kennedy.
4 ayes, 0 nays, 2 abstentions
Review and Approval of Treasurer’s Report – Jay presented the Revised June report and the September Report; a motion was made by Mary Kennedy and seconded by Sharon Craft to approve the Revised June report.
Motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Sharon Craft and seconded by Mary Kennedy to approve the September Report.
Motion carried unanimously.
Correspondence - none
Old Business – appointment of Representative to serve on the O.S. Youth & Family Commission – Mary Ann Iadarola volunteered to serve for the duration of the 2017-2018 meetings.
New Business – a motion was made by Sharon Craft to take $3,000 out of un-contractual funds to give to the YAC program of OSY & F and seconded by Mary Kennedy.

Nightingale Fund – a picture is worth a thousand words – picture of Jessica Davis working with a patient – look at what our scholarships have done. These were some ideas for adding to the letter this year.
