Present: Diane Aldi DePaola, Pricilla Funck, Mary Kennedy, Sharon Craft, Joseph Termine and Don Mill.
Absent: Linda Demas, Betsy Owen.
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Diane Aldi DePaola called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
AUDIENCE OF CITIZENS – The Nursing activities were presented by Mary Lenzini from the VNASC for the month Of March 2016, (attached). M. Lenzini reported that the agency passed a recent state audit with flying colors, and will be re-accredited.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - A motion to approve the minutes of the March 10, 2016 meeting was made by Sharon Craft and seconded by Pricilla Funck...
Ayes 6, Nays 0, Abstentions 0; Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT – A motion was made by Mary Kennedy and seconded by Don Mill to accept the treasurer’s report as presented.
Ayes 6, Nays 0, Abstentions 0; Motion carried.
CORRESPONDENCE – None
OLD BUSINESS – None
NEW BUSINESS – Susan Consoli Director of Social Services sent the board a report on the state of the Dental Fund. She reported that the fund had a deficit of $3,171.95. The issue was discussed. A motion to give a grant of $4000.00 from the Un-contracted Fund was made by Mary Kennedy, seconded by Jay Termine.

FLANAGAN FUND – None
NIGHTINGALE FUND – D. DePaola presented an invoice for $61.04 which represents the cost of copying the Appeal Letter for this year’s mailing.
A motion was made to pay the invoice of $61.04 from the Nightingale Fund was made by Sharon Craft and seconded by Don Mill.
Ayes 6, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.
Diane also presented an invoice from Pages Inc. for $135.00 which represents the cost of printing the Nightingale Appeal envelops and preparing the letters etc. for mailing.
A motion was made to pay the $135.00 invoice from Pages from Un-contracted Funds by Sharon Craft and seconded by Don Mill.
