Meeting Minutes
Present: Diane Aldi DePaola, Priscilla Funck, Joseph Termine, Betsy Owen, Mary Kennedy, Sharon Craft and MaryAnn Iadarola.
Absent: Don Mill
Also present: Tina Belmont, VNA and Sharon Tiezzi, Recording Clerk
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Diane Aldi DePaola called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
AUDIENCE OF CITIZENS – The Nursing Services offered by the VNASC for the month of September 2016 was presented by Tina Belmont and are attached.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – a motion was made by Sharon Craft and seconded by Mary Kennedy to approve the minutes of the June 9, 2016.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Betsy Owen and seconded by Priscilla Funck to approve the minutes of the September 9, 2016 meeting.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT – Jay Termine presented his treasurer’s report. Betsy Owen made a motion and seconded by Sharon Craft to approve the treasurer’s report as presented.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS – none
NEW BUSINESS – Kathy Cobb submitted a request for $2,000 for food, equipment and supplies for her Chefs Grub Club after school program for Middle School Students to explore the joy of cooking while they prepare healthy meals and snacks. A motion was made by Sharon Craft to approve this request and seconded by Mary Kennedy for the funds to come out of the uncontracted budget.

FLANAGAN FUND – Terry Savino submitted a request to the Board for an adult scholarship. Mary Kennedy made a motion and seconded by Sharon Craft to award Terry $5,000.00.

NIGHTINGALE FUND – no report
MORRIS FUND – no report
ADJOURNMENT- A motion was made by Betsy Owen and seconded by Sharon Craft to adjourn the meeting @ 7:50 pm.
