Meeting Minutes
Present: Diane Aldi DePaola, Priscilla Funck, Joseph Termine, Betsey Owen, Mary Kennedy, Don Mill and MaryAnn Iadarola.
Absent: Sharon Craft
Also present: Sharon Tiezzi, Recording Clerk
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Diane Aldi DePaola called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
AUDIENCE OF CITIZENS – The Nursing Services offered by the VNASC for the month of July and August 2016 are attached.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES – minutes of the June 9, 2016 meeting are tabled till the October meeting.
APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT – treasurer’s report is tabled till the October meeting. However, J Termine went over the budget report as was printed in the Town’s Annual Report.
CORRESPONDENCE –
- Thank you notes were received from the 2016 scholarship recipients.
- Carl Fortuna, First Selectman appointed Mary Ann Iadarola.
to the PHNB in the alternate position. Notification letter received.
OLD BUSINESS – none
NEW BUSINESS – Mary Kennedy reported that the Youth & Family newly renovated offices will have an Open House on September 19, 2016 from 3:30 to 6:00 p.m.
FLANAGAN FUND – no report
NIGHTINGALE FUND – funds have been received in the amount of $5,305.00
MORRIS FUND – no report
ADJOURNMENT- A motion was made by J. Termine and seconded by Don Mill
to adjourn the meeting @ 8:10 pm.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.
