Meeting Minutes
Present: Diane Aldi DePaola, Priscilla Funck, Joseph Termine, Betsey Owen, Mary Kennedy, Sharon Craft and Don Mill.
Also present: Sharon Tiezzi, Recording Clerk
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Diane Aldi DePaola called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
AUDIENCE OF CITIZENS – The Nursing Services offered by the VNASC for the month of May 2016 are attached.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - A motion to approve the minutes of the May 12, 2016 meeting as written was made by J. Termine and seconded by D. Mill.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0; Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT – A motion was made by Betsey Owen and seconded by Priscilla Funck to accept the treasurer’s report as presented.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0; Motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS – next meeting September 8, 2016
FLANAGAN FUND – no report
NIGHTINGALE FUND – members reviewed transcripts of the 2015 scholarship recipients. A motion was made by Mary Kennedy and seconded by Sharon Craft to approve the payment of scholarship funds to the recipients; $3,000 each to Megan Sullivan, Aaron Federstone and Ashley Savino; and $2,000 to Christine Gosselin.
Ayes 7, Nays 0 Abstentions 0; Motion carried.
MORRIS FUND – no report
ADJOURNMENT- A motion was made by J. Termine and seconded by Don Mill
to adjourn the meeting @ 8:10 pm.
