Meeting Minutes
Present: Diane Aldi DePaola, Sharon Craft, Mary Kennedy, Elizabeth Owen, Don Mill, Janet Temple and Lindas Demas.
Also present: Sharon Tiezzi, Recording Clerk
- CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Diane Aldi DePaola called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
- AUDIENCE OF CITIZENS – No one was present from VNASC to present the nursing activities; however the report was emailed to Chair Diane and handed out to Board Members at the meeting. (see attached).
- APPROVAL OF MINUTES- A motion to approve the minutes of the
December 11, 2014 meeting was made by Sharon Craft and seconded by Betsy Owen. Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.
- APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT-A motion to approve the treasurer’s report as presented by Chair Diane since Treasurer Jay was unable to be present was made by Janet Temple and seconded by Don Mill.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.
- CORRESPONDENCE- Chairman Diane received a letter from Cathy Cobb indicating that she is pushing to have dental clinics at the schools. There is a plan to have three pre-school dental clinics in February.
- OLD BUSINESS – none
- NEW BUSINESS – Recording Clerk, Sharon Tiezzi presented her Time and Task Invoice for the Sept/Oct/Nov/Dec 2014 in the amount of $268.80. A motion was made by Sharon Craft and seconded by Mary Kennedy to approve the payment of this invoice.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.
- FLANAGAN FUND – no report
- NIGHTINGALE FUND – Sharon Craft has updated the current letter and emailed it to members. Members agreed with the changes and updates. There were $300 in checks received to date.
- MORRIS FUND – No report
- ADJOURNMENT-A motion was made by Betsy Owen and seconded by Mary Kennedy to adjourn the meeting @ 7:30 p.m..
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.
