1. Convene Meeting; present were Tom Risom, Pat Looney, Jane Cable, Jane Marsh, John Johnson.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. Special Permit Application to convert two-family dwelling to a one-family dwelling and enclose the existing upper and lower front porches, 12 Old Colony Road, Gregg F. Neely, applicant. A motion was made by Cable, seconded by Johnson, to close the public hearing; the motion was approved unanimously.
2. Site Plan Modification Application to revise parking area, 1 McCurdy Road, Church of Christ the King, applicant. A motion was made by Marsh, seconded by Cable, to close the public hearing; the motion was approved unanimously.
REGULAR MEETING
1. Linda Krause - Presentation of the Regional Plan of Conservation and Development.
2. Special Permit Application to convert two-family dwelling to a one-family dwelling and enclose the existing upper and lower
front porches, 12 Old Colony Road, Gregg F. Neely, applicant. A motion was made by Cable, seconded by Johnson, to
approve the application with the conditions that the site plan submitted is deemed adequate for this application, the zoning status is converted from nonconforming two-family use to a single family use and the use of the cottage is a seasonal use, the motion was approved unanimously.
3. Site Plan Modification Application to revise parking area, 1 McCurdy Road, Church of Christ the King, applicant. A motion was made by Johnson, seconded by Looney, to approve the application to revise the parking area with the condition that landscaping flanking the entrance to the modified parking area be provided, the motion was approved unanimously.
4. Request to modify condition #2 of decision for the Special Permit Application of Carlos Sacadura, 1 Washington Avenue. The consensus of the Commission was not to modify their decision.
