MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING
Monday, July 24, 2006
The Old Lyme Zoning Commission held a Special Meeting on Monday, June 19, 2006, in the Auditorium of Memorial Town Hall. Those present and voting were Ted Kiritsis, John Johnson, Jane Cable, Howard Tooker (Alternate) and Brian Kyle (Alternate). Also present was Ann Brown, Zoning Enforcement Officer.
1. Convene meeting; announcement of voting alternates.
Acting Chairman Marsh called the Special Meeting to order at 7:02 p.
2. 458 Shore Road – Review of revised planting plans.
3. Regulation Rewrite.
Section 11 – Special Regulations
4. Adjourn.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m. on a motion by Jane Cable; seconded by John Johnson and voted unanimously.
