REGULAR MEETING
Monday – DECEMBER 10, 2018, 7:30 P.M.
Meeting Hall at Memorial Town Hall

1. Convene Meeting; announcement of voting members.
Present and voting: Jane Cable, Chair, Gil Soucie, Vice Chair, Jane Marsh, Secretary, Alan Todd and Harvey Gemme, Alternate
Also present: Keith Rosenfeld, Land Use Coordinator
Absent: Paul Orzel
REGULAR MEETING:
1. Site Development Plan/Special Exception Modification Application and Municipal Coastal Site Plan Review Application to permit the creation of a Short Game Practice Area on an existing area of mowed property adjacent to its Maintenance Facility on 41 & 43 Buttonball Road, Black Hall Club, Inc. applicant.
A Motion was made by J. Marsh, seconded by G. Soucie to receive and set a Public Hearing for the Site Development Plan/Special Exception Modification Application and Municipal Coastal Site Plan Review Application to permit the creation of a Short Game Practice Area on an existing area of mowed property adjacent to its Maintenance Facility on 41 & 43 Buttonball Road, Black Hall Club, Inc., applicant on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the Meeting Hall at Memorial Town Hall.
No further discussion and a vote was taken. In favor: J. Cable, J. Marsh, G. Soucie, A. Todd, H. Gemme In opposition: None Abstaining: None The Motion carried 5-0-0

4. Approval of Minutes – Minutes of the November 13, 2018 Public Hearing and Regular Meeting.
A Motion was made by G. Soucie, seconded by J. Marsh to approve the Minutes of the November 13, 2018 Public Hearing and Regular Meeting with one correction on page 2 with respect to the spelling of Matt “Willis”. No further discussion and a vote was taken. In favor: J. Cable, J. Marsh, G. Soucie, A. Todd, H. Gemme In opposition: None Abstaining: None The Motion carried 5-0-0
5. Correspondence – No discussion
6. Zoning Enforcement Report – K. Rosenfeld went over his Zoning Enforcement Report and the Commission was pleased.
7. Miscellaneous/Adjournment
A Motion was made by H. Gemme, seconded by J. Cable to adjourn the December 10, 2018 Regular Meeting. No discussion and a vote was taken. In favor: J. Cable, J. Marsh, G. Soucie, A. Todd, H. Gemme In opposition: None Abstaining: None The Motion carried 5-0-0 The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m.
