Presentation/Discussion by Edward Cassella, Esquire, attorney for the Planning Commission for the proposed Planning Commission referral to add to the Plan of Conservation and Development, #8 Residential Development, Looking to the Future – Recommendations for Action language with respect to elevating structures in high hazard flood zones, when appropriate, to enhance public health and safety in alignment with Federal, State and Local recommendations.
