Case 19-05C – Scott & Kathleen Boulanger, 18A and 18-1 Pond Road, request variances to allow removal of the two existing structures with ten bedrooms, two decks and attached sheds, currently a 3-family use to be replaced with one expanded structure utilizing18-1 footprint for a single family four bedroom dwelling with deck.

Case 19-06C – George & Deborah Ross, 4 Joel Drive, request variances to allow the construction of a single family dwelling which will be constructed to meet the FEMA regulations and local flood ordinances with a code compliant septic system on a vacant lot.   

Case 19-07 – Bonnie Bagdasarian, 50 White Sands Beach Road, request variances to allow the propane tank placement immediately adjacent to the garage within a required rear and/or other yard, in lieu of immediately adjacent to the principal building as allowed in Section 7.6.3 of the Zoning Regulations.
