Present: Frank Pappalardo (Chair), Joann Reis Lishing, Harry Plaut, Russ Carlo (Alternate), Joseph Camean (Alternate)
Absent: David Kelsey, Michaelle Pearson (Secretary), Frank Maratta (Alternate)
Also present: Selectwoman Mary Jo Nosal; Police Officer Tom Heinssen, members of the public.
Call to Order: Chairman Frank Pappalardo called meeting to order at 7.32 pm.
Alternate Russ Carlo seated for Michaelle Pearson (Secretary)
Joann Reis Lishing appointed to take minutes.
7.32p Russ Carlo moved to approve minutes of October 22, with corrections regarding 2 comments submitted by Harry Plaut. Mr. Pappalardo brought Mr. Plaut’s comments to the meeting since Mr. Plaut was not in attendance. Minutes should reflect that Mr. Pappalardo spoke on behalf of Mr. Plaut. Seconded by Joann Lishing. Motion carried. 4-0
7.40 Chairman Frank Pappalardo presented the Commission members with the applications received for appointment to the Parking Sub-Committee. After review and discussion the following appointees were selected:
Sandra Ziemba (Parking Lot Owner)
Marilyn Ossmann (Resident at Large)
Theodore Anastasiou (Business Owner)
Angelo Faenza (SVB Resident)
Joann Reis Lishing (Commission Member)
Gail Fuller (Alternate)
Stephanie LiVeary (Alternate)

Harry Plaut motioned to adjourn.
Russ Carlo seconded. Motion carried. 4-0
Meeting adjourned.
