Joann Lishing moved to approve minutes of 11/28/11. Seconded by David Kelsey. Approved.

Michaelle Pearson nominated Frank Pappalardo for another term as Chairman. Seconded by Joann Lishing. Approved.
Harry Plaut nominated Ms. Pearson for another term as Secretary. Seconded by Ms. Lishing. Approved.
