Regular Meeting Minutes: Budget Review
7 January 2019
The Board of Selectmen held a regular meeting on 7 January 2019 at 4:00 PM in the Meeting Hall of Memorial Town Hall to review budget requests. First Selectwoman Bonnie Reemsnyder, Selectwoman Mary Jo Nosal and Selectman Chris Kerr were present. Finance Director Nicole Stajduhar attended to present the budget overview.
- Review of Budget Requests for FY2020 with Finance Director Nicole Stadjuhar
Nicole Stajduhar distributed a detail sheet of the budget requests by Department, and highlighted requests and substantial or noteworthy increases/decreases from the FY 2019 approved budget, and explaining the reasons for those changes. She noted that the Salary and Capital Committees have not yet met to review the budget requests, but she reviewed those budgets noting substantial changes.
The Selectmen will review the budget and prepare questions or comments for the next regular meeting of the Board scheduled for Jan. 22nd at 4:00 PM. They thanked Nicole for the summary and opportunity to ask questions.
Selectman Nosal made a motion to adjourn at 6:09 PM. Second by Selectman Kerr. So voted.
