Minutes of the Board of Finance Special meeting held on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 7:25 p.m. at the Old Lyme Memorial Town Hall Meeting Hall.

~Mr. Russell called the Special meeting to order at 7:31 p.m., and stated the purpose of this Special meeting was to discuss and possibly appoint an alternate member to the Board of Finance.
A nomination was made by Mr. Woolley, seconded by Mr. Bernblum to appoint Joseph Gilbert Soucie as an alternate member to the Board. Motion carried.
A motion was then made by Mr. Woolley, seconded by Mrs. Sturges to adjourn the Special meeting at 7:32 p.m. Motion carried.
