Members Present: Patrick Pryor, Stacy Winchell
Members Absent: Ted Kiritsis, J. Ranelli, Joel Weisman
Also present ex officio: Mary Jo Nosal and Bonnie Reemsnyder
1) Call to meeting by Chairman Patrick Pryor at 7:42 p.m.
2) New Business:
There was no quorum for this meeting, therefore, approval of minutes or any other voting matters could not be held.
3) Old Business: N/A
4) Public Comment: N/A
5) Discussion:
There was general discussion concerning the process of making any recommendations. First Selectwoman stated that the recommendations need to be in writing.
First Selectwoman asked Chairman Pryor that when the recommendations are made if he could also make a presentation at the BOS meeting. All members of the ABOIC may attend and assist with any questions from the Board and Public.
Chairman Pryor will email all members of ABOIC and ask that they put together and share with each other, in writing, their own recommendations which will be compiled for an agenda for a Special Session to be held on June 27, 2012 (assuming the majority of the members can attend).
