ROGERS LAKE WEST SHORES ASSOCIATION – WETLAND AND DRAINAGE PLAN
The commission walked the length of the planned drainage system and observed very flat land with a lack of obvious drainage patterns. Stuart Fairbanks showed the commission the planned location of drainage including location of drains and areas where existing piping will be upgraded. The commission noted that based on the slop of the land it could be difficult to ascertain whether this project would improve the existing conditions.
Due to the complex nature of the site the commission referred the plans to Tom Metcalf for review.
