A motion was made by J. Bechtel, seconded by Skip DiCamillo to elect Robb Linde as Chairman. Opposed: None Abstaining: None The motion passed unanimously. 5-0-0.
A motion was made by E. Griswold, seconded by Skip DiCamillo to elect Sabine O’Donnell as Vice Chairman. Opposed: None Abstaining: None. The motion passed unanimously. 5-0-0
Approval of Minutes – Minutes of Site Walk Meeting of September 22, 2011
A motion was made by Evan Griswold, seconded by Janet Bechtel to APPROVE the minutes of the Site Walk Meeting of September 22, 2011, as submitted. No discussion and a vote was taken. In favor: Robb Linde, Janet Bechtel, Evan Griswold, Skip DiCamillo, Sabine O’Donnell. Opposed: None Abstaining: None. The motion passed unanimously. 5-0-0
