OLD LYME INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING SITE WALK
THURSDAY, MARCH 12, 2009
5:30 P.M. MEET AT 23 TALCOTT FARM ROAD
OLD LYME, CT
1. 5:30 P.M. – Call to order at 23 Talcott Farm Road – Joseph and Tamara McAraw –Cease & Desist Order – Clearing in the regulated area in violation of Permit 07-09. Present were Chairman Janet Bechtel, Vice Chairman Robb Linde, members Mike Moran, David McCulloch, Lewis DiCamillo, Evan Griswold, and enforcement officer Ann Brown. The commission walked the site and looked at the clearing and tree removal in relation to the plan approved for permit #07-09.
2. Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M. The hearing will be reconvened at the regular meeting scheduled for March 24, 2009 at 7:30 P.M.
