OLD LYME INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES COMMISSION
SPECIAL MEETING/SITE WALK
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2009
8:30 A.M. AT 62 GORTON AVENUE
OLD, LYME, CONNECTICUT
The meeting was called to order at 8:30 a.m. at 62 Gorton Avenue. Present were members Janet Bechtel, Robb Linde, Lewis DiCamillo, Sabine O’Donnell and enforcement officer Ann Brown.
Application # 09-05, 62 Gorton Avenue, Joseph Cancilliere, applicant. –– Demolish existing structure and rebuild primarily on the existing foundation and the installation of a new septic system. Mr. Cancillieri presented two new designs for the proposed septic system replacement, stating that he preferred proposal #A. The commission observed the conditions on the lot with regard to the location of the proposed septic systems.
9:00 A.M. Application #09-06, 7 Town Landing Road, Barbara Gaudio, applicant. –– Remove existing dwelling and construct a new dwelling and garage. The commission walked the property to acquaint themselves with the locations of the proposed improvements, the area of the proposed fill, and the two wetlands areas.
No motions were made and no actions taken. The meeting was adjourned at 9:30
