PRESENT WERE: Janet Bechtel, Evan Griswold, Tim Rollins, Dave McCulloch, Tom Machnik and Skip DiCamillo.
15-10 – Michael Shapiro – 65 Shore Road – Existing house and garage within the review area to be demolished. New house and pool within review area.
Joe Wren identified where the proposed house would be constructed replacing the existing house. The current garage would remain in place. Wren identified where the proposed pool would be placed. Wren pointed out the lawn area and woodland on the south side of the property and stated there would be no changes to this existing portion of the property. He also pointed out where the wetlands areas were in the salt marshes to the west of the existing house.
15-11 – Peter and Melissa Turtoro – 7 Lantern Lane – New pool, deck and pool house within the review area.
Joe Wren identified the area where the pool and pool house would be constructed. He also identified where there would be grading where the stockpile would be placed. Evan Griswold discussed the run-off along the west side portion of the property and suggested the run-off be located further into the woodland area where the current runoff appears to be flowing.
