MINUTES
SITE WALK MEETING
MARCH 15, 2014
PRESENT WERE: David McCulloch, Skip DiCamillo, Stanley Kolber and Evan Griswold. Also present were Tony Hendriks, Mr. & Mrs. Janes and Ann Brown.
14-3 ROBERT AND JENELL JANES – 60 GRASSY HILL ROAD – REMOVE EXISTING DWELLING AND BUILD A 3 BEDROOM HOME WITH A 2 CAR GARAGE.
8:30 a.m. The commission walked the site down to the water’s edge. Mr. Hendrik’s pointed out the location of the house and showed the location of the limits of disturbance as shown on the site plan. There would be no activity outside of the silt fence area. The applicant’s will modify the plan to show the proposed activity for repairing the shed.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 a.m.
