OLD LYME INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES COMMISSION
REGULAR MEETING
NOVEMBER 27, 2018
PRESENT WERE: Chair Rachael Gaudio, Vice Chairman Tom Machnik, Bob DePianta, Bill McNeil and Evan Griswold.
Chair Gaudio called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING DATED OCTOBER 23, 2018
Tom Machnik made a motion to approve the Regular Meeting Minutes dated October 23 2018. Bob DePianta seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
MINUTES OF SITE WALK MEETING DATED OCTOBER 15, 2018
This item was tabled until the January meeting.
MINUTES OF SITE WALK MEETING DATED OCTOBER 30, 2018
Tom Machnik made a motion to approve the Regular Meeting Minutes dated October 30, 2018. Rachel Gaudio seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION OF INLAND WETLANDS PERMIT 13-34 AT 2 PARSONS FARM LANE – CONSTRUCTION OF A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING
Tom Machnik made a motion to extend Permit 13-34 at 2 Parsons Farm Lane for 5 years. Bill McNeil seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
18-08 – THOMAS J. DEGNAN – 8-1 WHIPPLETREE LANE, SINGLE FAMILY HOME AND DRIVEWAY WITHIN THE 100’ WETLANDS REVIEW AREA
Keith Rosenfeld stated the commission had visited the site and determined there was no impact to the wetlands.
Evan Griswold made a motion to approve the plan as presented. Tom Machnik seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
