OLD LYME INLAND WETLANDS AND WATERCOURSES COMMISSION
Tuesday, October 30th, 2018 @ 5:00 P.M.
- 5:30 p.m. 18-08 – Thomas J. Degnan – 8-1 Whippletree Lane, Single Family Home and driveway within the 100’ wetlands review area
PRESENT WERE: Commissioners Tom Machnik and Rachel Gaudio, WEO Keith Rosenfeld and Thomas Degnan.
No quorum was present and the meeting was not called to order. As a courtesy to the applicant, the two commissioners walked the property with the applicant and WEO. No discussion took place and the group parted at 6:00 PM
