REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 23, 2018
PRESENT WERE: Chairperson Rachel Gaudio, Tom Machnik, Bill McNeil, Bob DePianta, Evan Griswold and Christian Tompkins.
MINUTES OF MEETING DATED NOVEMBER 28, 2017
Evan Griswold made a motion to approve the Meeting Minutes dated November 28, 2017 as submitted. Tom Machnik seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS
18-01 – 36 FLAGLER AVENUE – FILL IN THE EXISTING LOT FOR FUTURE BUILDING. APPLICANT: LUIGI DEBERNARDO
The commission reviewed the site plan submitted with the application. Evan Griswold clarified that there was no existing structure on the site. It was noted that the application states that approximately 200 yards of fill will be brought onto the site for the filling.
The commission agreed to set a Site Walk for Tuesday, January 30th at 4:30 p.m. They also requested that the Soil Scientist be present for the site visit.
