- 15-1 – Kevin Kus – 178-1 Boston Post Road – Proposal to add a 25’ x 30’ garage.
- 15-2 – Old Lyme Beach Club – 79 Brighton Road – Construct a new drainage ditch to allow a land locked pond to drain into the Long Island Sound.
OLD BUSINESS
3. 14-29 – Peter and Constance Ross – 37 Browns Lane – Proposal to add breezeway mud room, garage and breakfast area. The garage and breezeway is within the regulated area.
