4. Big Green Outdoor, LLC – 218 Shore Road – Request for finding of no jurisdiction.
5. 13- 7 Matt & Tara Ward – 23 Cross Lane – Install a 27’ round pool with a 14 x 18 deck, extend existing patio with walkway to deck stairs and driveway.
OLD BUSINESS
6. 13-2 Old Lyme Land Trust – 132 Four Mile River Road – Stairway structure and walkway across the wetlands.
7. 13 -3 Dennis Hallahan – 3 Littlefield Lane – Replace existing propane tank
with new larger tank.
8. 13-4 Robert O’Leary – Oak Land Development – 59 Sea Spray – Tear down
existing house destroyed by Hurricane Sandy and construct a new house.
