of 2 Buildings for multi-family housing, a 1,250 ft. access road, 2 sanitary
systems, parking access aisles.
3. 5:45 P.M. Wilbur & King, LLC – 107 Boston Post Road – Proposed Gardens,
patios & seating walls within the upland area.
4. 6:15 P.M. Michael Desnoyers – 9 Mill Pond Lane – Repair and replace stone
retaining wall.
