NEW BUSINESS
1. 11-7 – 448 Shore Road – Widening the driveway and repaving the existing
parking lot and driveway within 100’ of the regulated area.
2. 11-8 – 62 Grassy Hill Road – Demolish and replace the garage +/- 5 feet farther
from the wetlands, construct a 10 foot by 40 foot breezeway within the 100 foot
wetlands setback area; reconstruct the seawall along the edge of Rogers Lake.

1. 11-3 Matt Ward - 23 Cross Lane – Grading and drainage within 100’ of the
regulated area. Set Site Walk after March 31st.
