PRESENT WERE: Harold Thompson, Steven Ross, Robert McCarthy, Todd Machnik, and Alternate Barbara Gaudio. Also present were Ron Pelletier, Mike Bennett and Kim Groves.
Site Walks
RESUBDIVISION – CAWIAMCA, LLC – 4 LOTS – GREAT OAK ROAD
The commission met at 4:30 P.M. at the end of the cul-de-sac of Great Oak Road. Mike Bennett, of Bennett & Smilas Associates, Inc. walked the commission through the site and pointed out the four individual lots and their proposed house and driveway locations. No action was taken.
