conveyance or Transfer of Title of Property located in the proposed Woods of
Old Lyme Subdivision. .
REGULAR MEETING
1. Subdivision – BGP Developers, LLC – 5-1 Davis Road – Receive Application
and set Public Hearing.
2. Reading and Approval of the May Minutes.
