The Old Lyme Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the Conference Room, Memorial Town Hall, 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT.
REGULAR MEETING
1. Proposed Amendment to Building on Unaccepted Roads Ordinance
(Sect. 25-5 of Town Code)

2. Proposed revisions to the Subdivision Regulations as a result of statute
changes with regard to bonding on subdivisions.
3. Distribution of Information presented at the WPCA Presentation on the
Community Sewage System
4. Planning Fees – Authorization to increase fees to include State DEP fee of
$60.00 for each application.
5. Election of Officers
6. Reading and Approval of the December Meeting Minutes

"The Board of Selectmen, after consultation with the Town's Engineer and Zoning Enforcement Officer, shall be authorized to waive any of the conditions set forth in section 25-5 if the Board of Selectmen shall be satisfied that safe vehicular access can be provided without all of said conditions."
