1. Proposed revisions to the Subdivision Regulations as a result of statute
changes with regard to bonding on subdivisions.
2. Referral to Amend the Zoning Regulations – Section 7, Accessory Uses,
Buildings and Structures (7.1.c, pertaining to reduction in setbacks for sheds in
Certain Districts.
