The Old Lyme Planning Commission will hold a Regular meeting on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Conference Room, Memorial Town Hall, 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT.
1. Continued - Lot Line Modification – Robert Ross – 20 & 21 Lieutenant River
Lane. (The applicant granted the commission a 65 day extension on April 8, 2010).
2. Lot Line Revision – Barbara J. Elliot & Christoper H. Johnston – 12 Buttonball
Road.
3. Lot Line Modification – Debra A. Lacy – 34 & 35 Shore Acres Road
4. Lords Woods Subdivision – Request for two year extension of the Subdivision
Approval to resolve the remaining outstanding issues.
5. Proposed Amendment to the Old Lyme Zoning Regulations – Section 4.2.12
Construction or Enlargement of Certain Buildings Adjoining Coastal Resources
and Section 4.3 Tidal Waters Protection.
6. Reading and Approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes dated May 13, 2010.
6. Any other business.
