The Old Lyme Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. in the Conference Room, Memorial Town Hall, 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT.
1. Lot Line Modification – William & Debra Lacey – 34 & 35 Shore Acres Road.
2. Lot Line Modification – Richard and Donna Battalino – 160 Mile Creek Road.

4. Referral of Proposed Amendments to the Zoning Regulations – Proposal to
limit temporary roof coverings. Applicant: Christy Lawrence
5. Referral of Proposed Amendments to the Zoning Regulations – Proposal to
amend regulations by adding “Alternative Energy Systems”, subject to 11.13 to
Sections 5.1.3, 5.2.3 and 5.12.3 (Zoning Districts RU-40, RU-80, and LI-80
respectively.
6. Revisions to the Open Space Regulations.
7. Reading and Approval of the Regular Meeting Minutes dated February 11, 2010.
8. Reading and Approval of the Special Meeting Minutes dated March 4, 2010.
