The Old Lyme Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 2009 in the Conference Room, Memorial Town Hall, 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT.
REGULAR MEETING
1. Referral by the Board of Selectmen under Section 8-24 of the General Statutes for the
proposed lease of a cell tower on the Cross Lane Firehouse property and a recommended
substitution of a portion of town owned land at 17 Cross Lane as open space in order to
meet the requirements of State grant which funded the development of the Cross Lane
Firehouse property.
2. East Shore Pointe Subdivision – Skip Adams, Adams Builders, Inc. – Olivia Lane –
Discussion and possible recommendation to Board of Selectmen for the acceptance of
Olivia Lane.
3. Election of Officers

5. Reading and Approval of the November 12, 2009 minutes.
