The Old Lyme Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing and Regular Meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2009 in the Conference Room, Memorial Town Hall, 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT.
CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
1. East Shore Pointe Subdivision – Skip Adams, Adams Builders, Inc. – Olivia Lane – To call the performance bond of the referenced subdivision to the extent necessary to complete the bonded improvements and utilities required to serve the lots.
REGULAR MEETING
1. Lot Line Modification – Thomas Coty and Richard Diesel – 8 Spruce Street.
2. Village Estates Subdivision – Neck Road – P.N. DiPinto Builders, LLC – Village
Lane – Discussion of recommendation to Board of Selectmen regarding the Village
Estates Bond
3. Reading and Approval of the October 8, 2009 minutes.
