The Old Lyme Planning Commission will have a Special Meeting on Thursday, August 13, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. to conduct a public hearing in the second floor Conference Room, Memorial Town Hall, 52 Lyme Street, Old Lyme, CT.
1. Village Estates Subdivision – Neck Road – P.N. DiPinto Builders, LLC – Village
Lane. To call the performance bond of the referenced subdivision to the extent
necessary to complete the bonded improvements and utilities required to serve the
lots.
2. East Shore Pointe Subdivision – Skip Adams, Adams Builders, Inc. – Olivia
Lane. To call the performance bond of the referenced subdivision to the extent necessary to complete the bonded improvements and utilities required to serve the
lots.
3. Referral of Proposed Regulation – Change to Section 4.10 – Conservation Zone
Requirement – Gateway of the Old Lyme Zoning Regulations.
