A. Minutes of July 20, 2010 meeting were unanimously approved – Motion made by
G. Peduzzi, seconded by D. Basler
B. Public Comment
C. Motion made by G. Peduzzi, seconded by R. Whitcomb to reappoint B. Hautaniemi and D. Basler to Ethics Commission; passed unanimously
D. Motion made by R. Whitcomb, seconded by G. Peduzzi to reappoint R. Staab and L. O’Brien as alternates to the Ethics Commission; passed unanimously
E. Discussion of Code Section 43-4M
- Awaiting response from Marilyn Clark, town attorney.
F. Any other business~
- Meetings will continue to be held on third Tuesday in January, April, July, and October
G. Motion to adjourn made by G. Peduzzi, seconded by D. Basler at 7:53 p.m.
