A. Minutes of April 19, 2010 meeting were unanimously approved – Motion made by
G. Peduzzi, seconded by R. Whitcomb

C. Discussion of Code Section 43-4M
- R. Whitcomb reviewed proposed amendment with town attorney Marilyn Clark prior to presentation at town meeting.
- Awaiting response from Marilyn Clark.

- Discussion of expiration of terms in January 2011
