Minutes of the Old Lyme Economic Development Commission Meeting of 11/6/13
Meeting commenced at 8 AM in the Old Lyme Town Hall. Present were Bob Jose, John Stratton, Bill O’Meara, Gerry Foster and Joe Camean.
We discussed the following topics:
1. Real estate news from last month showed in Old Lyme 136 homes listed for sale as of 9/13, 18 over $1mm and 73 closed to date. 96 had closed by this time last year in Town.
2. Bike trail update from Joe showed the project was being estimated and the final plans were delivered to Bonnie for review..
3.Joe led the discussion on micro grids for the Town particularly around Halls Rd and Lyme Street to maintain the core operating in a disaster.
