Minutes of the Old Lyme Economic Development Commission Meeting of 10/2/13
Meeting commenced at 8 AM in the Old Lyme Town Hall. Present were Bob Jose, John Stratton, Bill O’Meara, Gerry Foster, Bob Jose and Susan Howard
We discussed the following topics:
1. Real estate news showed in Old Lyme 136 homes listed for sale as of 9/13, 18 over $1mm and 73 closed to date. 96 had closed by this time last year in Town.
2. Bike discussion tabled.
3.John enlightened us all on the conference he attended in Hartford on the subject of
” complete streets” which involves street redesign for towns . Very relevant considering the work planned on Halls Road.
