Minutes of the Old Lyme Economic Development Commission Meeting of 9/4/13
Meeting commenced at 8 AM in the Old Lyme Town Hall. Present were Bob Jose, John Stratton, Bill O’Meara, and Heather Gagnon
We discussed the following topics:
1. Real estate news showed in Old Lyme 128 homes listed for sale as of 8/13, 18 over $1mm and 62 closed to date. Houses under $350M moving rapidly.
2. Bike discussion tabled.
3. Discussed overall observations of the summer successes.
